In 1950, Hornitos was boldly born to commemorate the anniversary of Mexican independence. We then took a fresh take on tequila when we introduced the world to our Reposado, with its distinctive notes of apple and herbs. This spirit was one of the first of its kind and was served to the world decades before it became a common practice. Even now, Hornitos Reposado remains a symbol of those who live life boldly.

Hornitos Añejo is aged in white oak barrels for at least a year, allowing it to develop a smoother, more complex flavor and a distinctive amber color. The process highlights the richness and depth of taste that beautifully complements the agave-forward flavors of all our tequilas, adding notes of hazelnut, vanilla and dried fruit.

Hornitos Cristalino Reserve is distilled 3 times for unmatched smoothness and aged to perfection. This 100% Agave Añejo starts with only 3 ingredients and undergoes a secondary finish where the aged liquid is rested on whole Veracruz vanilla beans for a natural hint of sweetness. Crafted with 100% Agave Añejo, it’s pure, authentic flavor with a special finish for an elevated experience.​

Hornitos Añejo Reserve is a smooth, 100% agave tequila made with just agave, yeast, and water. What makes it unique is a triple-aging process that builds layers of flavor and complexity.​ The tequila rests in three American Oak barrels, first toasted, then charred, and finally finished in a specially toasted barrel. This creates a rich, velvety taste with notes of smoky vanilla and buttery caramel, balanced by a warm, whiskey-like depth.​
